In 2023, Emtec Energy expanded its apprenticeship program for clean energy enthusiasts, shaping the industry's future with hands-on experience. Our team's growth brought diverse skills, contributing to our continued success. Committed to excellence, we celebrated well-deserved promotions, recognising and nurturing exceptional leadership. Excitingly, we're welcoming more apprentices and graduate apprentices, investing in the next generation and contributing to industry growth.

A Successful Partnership

Our collaboration with Diageo has been a highlight of the year. We are proud to have commissioned our largest project to date 4.2MW solar farm in Leven bottling plant for Diageo. The successful completion of our projects demonstrates the calibre and expertise of our team. The partnership not only showcased our capabilities but also strengthened our reputation in the industry.

In 2023, we kicked off our first Hydro Power project for Scottish Water, showing our dedication to sustainable energy and part of our commitment to innovation. Looking ahead to 2024 and beyond our focus on hydropower reflects our commitment to the environment. Emtec Utility Services has joined the Emtec Group, aground breaking division led by Managing Director Josh Martin, dedicated to revolutionising the utility sector. We extend a warm welcome to Ciarán Brady, the newest Operations Manager, whose expertise will drive innovation and success.
